What people are saying
A series of positive and negative reviews about Etihad Airways can be seen throughout the internet, mainly talking about how good the airline’s services, foods and facilities were, and how (sometimes) rude and unapproachable their crews were. Some of the reviews are give below:
“I had a good experience and the friendly staff and excellent service are second and the very good customer satisfaction. I recommend to this airways especially the etihad music is mind blowing and very melodious. All are good,”
—Ravirjy (Rajahmundry, India)
“Lounge in AUH is a bit too big and crowded, not much privacy possible. The shower you have to queue for with a buzzer, but they are very clean and good. It was a smooth flight. Food, drinks and service was friendly and professional. Only thing which was a bit annoying was our brand new suitcase which arrived in Frankfurt looking like 10 years old with scratches and dents.
—Jbps (Weisbaden Germany)
“tihad are by far my favourite airline. The friendly staff and excellent service are second to none. Even providing our daughter with a birthday cake in the sky as midnight turned into her birthday! We had previously flown with emirates to the UAE and had very poor service with rude staff . Move over emirates a new king of the sky’s has taken your place”
—Jushim (Manchester, United Kingdom)
“First time taking this long haul flight from AUH to YYZ. Had great onboard experience as I was sitting next to someone. Seeing that we are both large men they found another seat for the gentleman beside me to ensure we were comfortable. During the flight the crew was outstanding!!! Great flight although packed with passengers.”
—Arlin F (United State

As for their services. Etihad Airways offers a 5-star service towards its passengers for a convenient and memorable flight and travel. Though the issue about their “not smiling” flight attendant’s can be tolerable, still—Etihad should focus on this issue in order for the airline to serve its passenger conveniently as well as for the airline’s rate to increase, and for the good reviews that they (passengers) will give after they’ve depart. Approachable and friendly staff with fast and professional assistance can actually make a big difference to a traveler’s normal traveling day to something special.
