Reviews – What People Are Saying
Passengers arriving at the airport are definitely astounded by the airport’s interior; clean, shiny floors, spotless facilities, unique and modernized interior design with numbers of souvenir shops and restaurants to choose from. It is not surprising to find lots and lots of positive comments, regarding the airport’s services towards its customers. Here are some of the comments I’ve read and gathered.
“This is one of the best airports in the middle east and i really like the U.S.A custom in the airport, which is way better than traveling for over 14 hours and then wait in line to get done with the immigration.Thank you Abudhabi for the great services and i will be back soon.”

“One of the best airport in the world. Well managed airport, which means for us effort less check in and other process. The final waiting area has special area where there is power point for charging laptops and mobile plus you can use Wi-Fi to pass your time. The baggage claim area is also very spacious and hassle free.”

The airport has three operational passenger terminals: Terminal 1–which is divided into Terminal 1A and 1B, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. The airport is undergoing a expansion, which master plan projects include a new parallel runway, from the existing runways; a new tower between the two runways with the new Air Traffic Control Centre, enhanced cargo maintenance facilities, and other commercial developments on the land immediately adjacent to and north of the airport.

A well-organized airport that offers clean facilities, fast security lines, smooth check-ins, souvenir shops and a wide variation of cafes and restaurants. The airport might not be as big as some of the airports in the United Arab Emirates, but it can surely give the assistance and services that customers are expecting from an airport.
